Explore the Four Classics of Ashtanga Yoga Classes and Find Your Flow
Mysore Practice
This class offers a highly personalised approach to practice, similar to a private lesson within a supportive group environment. Each student receives individual guidance and adjustments tailored to their level, experience, and physical condition. You will move through the sequence at your own pace and rhythm, cultivating independence, discipline, and a deeper connection to breath.
Rather than following a led format, students gradually memorise the sequence and build confidence through repetition and consistency. The teacher provides hands-on support, posture refinement, and modifications when needed, ensuring the practice remains safe and sustainable.
Guided Ashtanga
This class focuses on the fundamentals of Ashtanga Yoga. We carefully break down the elements of Sun Salutations, standing and seated postures up to Navasana, building strength, stability, and understanding of alignment.
Students are guided step by step through the sequence, with clear verbal cues and supportive instruction. We may explore selected postures that follow in the series and conclude with parts of the traditional finishing sequence.

Led Primary Series
In our Led Primary Series class, the group moves and breathes together in unison as we transition (vinyasa) in and out of each posture. The sequence is guided with a traditional rhythmic count in Sanskrit, maintaining the integrity and structure of the method.
This class follows the full Ashtanga Primary Series from beginning to end, encouraging discipline, focus, and steady breath throughout the practice. Students are expected to know the sequence and move with confidence and awareness.
