T\u00f3mate el tiempo de investigar a la persona con la que vas a estudiar: su <strong>trayectoria<\/strong>, su <strong>experiencia<\/strong>, su <strong>formaci\u00f3n<\/strong>, los profesores y mentores que la formaron y el trabajo que ha invertido en su oficio. Observa qu\u00e9 la inspira y c\u00f3mo <strong>encarna<\/strong> lo que ense\u00f1a.  <\/p>\n<p class=\"isSelectedEnd\">Y no te fijes solo en la <strong>competencia f\u00edsica<\/strong>. F\u00edjate en la <strong>vida<\/strong> que ha vivido y en los <strong>retos<\/strong> que ha atravesado. Una pr\u00e1ctica deber\u00eda ayudar a alguien a mantenerse <strong>con los pies en la tierra<\/strong>, <strong>crecer<\/strong>, y construir algo <strong>significativo<\/strong> en su vida, no simplemente realizar posturas impresionantes. \u00bfLe ha ayudado la pr\u00e1ctica a cultivar <strong>relaciones significativas<\/strong>, contribuir a los dem\u00e1s, seguir form\u00e1ndose, vivir con <strong>dignidad<\/strong>, y afrontar la adversidad con <strong>resiliencia<\/strong>? \u00bfO sigue atrapado en los mismos patrones de carencia, confusi\u00f3n y dependencia?    <\/p>\n<p class=\"isSelectedEnd\"><strong>Elige primero a tu profesor.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p class=\"isSelectedEnd\">Un estudiante sincero suele estar dispuesto a hacer ajustes importantes para estudiar con la persona que cree que puede ayudarle a aprender.<\/p>\n<p class=\"isSelectedEnd\">Valoro trabajar con personas que eligen conscientemente estudiar aqu\u00ed porque algo en la forma en que se ense\u00f1a este trabajo <strong>resuena<\/strong> con ellas. No porque sea <strong>Ashtanga<\/strong>, <strong>Mysore<\/strong>, <strong>Vinyasa<\/strong>, <strong>Iyengar<\/strong>, o cualquier otra etiqueta. <\/p>\n<p class=\"isSelectedEnd\">A trav\u00e9s de la pr\u00e1ctica aprendes a <strong>respirar<\/strong>, a <strong>observarte<\/strong>, a <strong>prestar atenci\u00f3n<\/strong>, y a abordar la <strong>disciplina<\/strong>. Un buen profesor seguir\u00e1 buscando distintas formas de transmitir un principio hasta que se comprenda de verdad, porque <strong>cada estudiante aprende de manera diferente<\/strong>. <\/p>\n<p class=\"isSelectedEnd\">Con el tiempo, lo que se explora a trav\u00e9s del movimiento y la respiraci\u00f3n empieza a influir en c\u00f3mo <strong>piensas<\/strong>, c\u00f3mo te <strong>relacionas con los dem\u00e1s<\/strong>, y en las <strong>decisiones<\/strong> que tomas en tu vida.<\/p>\n<p class=\"isSelectedEnd\">Mis profesores de k\u00e1rate, flamenco, m\u00fasica y yoga han moldeado quien soy hoy, como <strong>mujer<\/strong>, como <strong>profesional<\/strong>, como <strong>pareja<\/strong>, y como <strong>hija<\/strong>. Los principios que me transmitieron viven en mi cuerpo y siguen guiando mis acciones, aunque alg\u00fan d\u00eda deje de bailar o de practicar posturas por completo. <\/p>\n<p class=\"isSelectedEnd\">Un profesor mantiene unos <strong>est\u00e1ndares<\/strong>, no solo en las posturas, sino tambi\u00e9n en el <strong>comportamiento<\/strong>, la <strong>actitud<\/strong>, la <strong>integridad<\/strong>, y la <strong>disciplina<\/strong>. El profesor, el espacio que sostiene y la comunidad que cultiva se convierten en un punto de <strong>referencia<\/strong> al que los estudiantes pueden volver cuando pierden el equilibrio. <\/p>\n<p class=\"isSelectedEnd\">Por eso elegir al <strong>profesor<\/strong> importa mucho m\u00e1s que elegir un <strong>estudio<\/strong>, un <strong>horario<\/strong>, o un <strong>estilo<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p class=\"isSelectedEnd\">Si eliges practicar aqu\u00ed, que sea porque algo en la forma en que se ense\u00f1a este trabajo resuena contigo y apoya tu crecimiento.<\/p>\n<p class=\"isSelectedEnd\">Los m\u00e9todos, los estilos y las etiquetas son secundarios.<\/p>\n<p>Lo que importa es la relaci\u00f3n con la ense\u00f1anza.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>No busques un estudio de yoga.
