Student Agreement & Responsibility

By attending classes at Casa Vinyasa, I acknowledge and agree to the following:

Registration & Payment:I understand that it is my responsibility to register for classes through Momoyoga and complete payment before stepping onto the mat. If I forget to sign up, I will inform the teacher before the class begins.

Health & Personal Responsibility:I agree to inform the teacher if I am pregnant or actively trying to conceive, as certain aspects of the practice may affect this condition. I understand that I am responsible for communicating any relevant health conditions, injuries, or limitations.

Shala Etiquette:I confirm that I have read the Casa Vinyasa Etiquette page and agree to respect the shala guidelines and atmosphere while attending classes.

Class Cards & Validity:I understand that class cards have a defined validity period. Extensions are granted only in the case of medical circumstances and require a valid medical certificate.

I acknowledge that it is my responsibility to choose the appropriate class card while accepting that unexpected events may occur in life that may prevent attendance, and I agree not to request exceptions to extend the validity of my class card outside of the stated policy.

Refund Policy:I understand that class cards and guest teacher events are non-refundable.

Teacher Discretion:

Teachers reserve the right to refuse or stop a student’s participation in a class, workshop, or event if behavior is disruptive, disrespectful to the space or community, or if participation is considered unsafe.

Teachers may also ask a student to modify, pause, or stop practicing if necessary for safety or if instructions are not being followed.
